Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performing the contract only after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal once we start fulfilling the contract, and if we have provided you with the content of your declaration within a reasonable period after conclusion of the contract, but at the latest upon delivery of the goods or before the performance of the service begins, on a durable medium. We point out that we may make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
